This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The free test keeps nothing; your e-mail address is only kept if you ask for it. The free plugin sends nothing outside your site.

This site

getrelyo.com is a static site hosted by Netlify, which keeps technical logs of requests (IP address, page, time) to run and secure the service. We do not use them to follow you. The fonts are served from getrelyo.com itself.

The free accessibility test

When you test a page, the address you type is sent to Relyo's test, which runs on Netlify: it loads that page once, checks it and shows you the result. The address and the result are not stored.

The link to share a result contains the address of the page checked, signed so that it cannot be changed; whoever opens it has that page checked again. The link itself is not stored either.

The detailed report by e-mail

If you ask for the detailed report, your e-mail address is used to send it, through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). It is not kept for anything else, unless you tick a box:

• tell me when the module for my CMS is out: we keep your address, your CMS and the address of your site until that module is out or until you ask us to delete them;
• Relyo news: you are added only after you confirm through the link we send, and every e-mail has a link to unsubscribe.

So that the form cannot be used to send e-mails in bulk, each report is counted: a fingerprint of the e-mail address and one of your IP address are kept for two days at most, then deleted. A fingerprint is a code computed from the address with a secret key; the address cannot be read back from it.

The contact form

When you write to us through the contact page, your name, e-mail address and message are passed on to us by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards them to our inbox and keeps them in its own records. We use them only to answer you, and keep them as long as the conversation needs. To have them deleted, write to contact@getrelyo.com.

Buying Relyo Pro

Payment, invoices and licences are handled by Freemius, our reseller. The checkout opens on Freemius' site; we receive the name, e-mail address and country you give there, to provide the licence and support.

Relyo Pro for Joomla is paid through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland), which handles the payment and the yearly subscription. We keep your e-mail address, your download key and the reference of your subscription, to send you the key, to check it when you download an update, and for support.

The Relyo plugin and extension

The free plugin for WordPress and the free extension for Joomla check your pages from your own site: they load them from your site, and axe-core runs in your browser. Results stay in your site's database.

Relyo Pro sends an image to the AI service you chose — OpenAI, Google or Mistral AI — only when you ask for its alternative, with your own key. On WordPress, the licence check goes through Freemius; on Joomla, your download key is sent to getrelyo.com only when Joomla downloads an update.
